TikTok money calculator

Two estimates, because TikTok pays two ways: the Creator Rewards Program pays per view, and brands pay per follower. The second is almost always the larger number.

Creator Rewards

$100.00$250.00

250,000 qualified views at $0.4–$1per 1,000. Only videos over one minute qualify, and only views that meet TikTok's originality and watch-time bar count.

Sponsored post

$250.00$500.00

25,000 followers at the common $0.01–$0.02 per follower rule of thumb. Strong engagement or a valuable niche pushes this well above the range; a bought or inactive audience pushes it to nothing.

Why the per-view number looks so low

It is low. A million views through Creator Rewards is a few hundred dollars, not a living — and the older Creator Fund paid roughly a twentieth of that. If you have seen a calculator promising thousands per million views, it was almost certainly quoting an advertiser CPM rather than what a creator receives.

This is why brand deals, affiliate links and your own products carry essentially every TikTok career you have heard of. The view-based payout is a bonus on top.

On these numbers

Ranges are industry-typical bands from publicly reported creator figures, last reviewed August 2026. TikTok has renamed and re-rated its payout programmes several times, and rates differ by country — so treat this as a sanity check on an offer, not a forecast of your next payout.

Keeping the videos worth learning from

Working out why something took off means keeping it. SocialClipper saves whole posts — caption, cover, creator — from TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, Reddit and LinkedIn into one searchable library, so a deleted video is still there to study. Free for your first 50 saves.
